Each of those projects has a fleet of cranes, flatbeds and heavy trucks attached to it, few of which are owned outright. If you’ve ever been on a construction site in Dubai and wondered where all those cranes and excavators are from, you’ll find most of them are not owned by the construction company that’s working on the site. They’re rented. It’s the way of things around here.
